What Is The Strategic Quotient Of Your Organization?

The first part of this survey is designed to enable the CEO and senior management to assess the Strategic I.Q. of their organization. Since an effective strategy relies on the comprehension of its implementers, we suggest giving this survey to your direct reports. The respondents should answer the questions individually, without consulting each other, and their answers compared afterwards.
